COMCARE, a program of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, was formed to be a resource for County Behavioral Health programs and staff. COMCARE assists members in each of the 67 counties in the implementation of Behavioral HealthChoices focusing on, dissemination of information, and training.
